Attorney Henna takes pride in advocating on behalf of those who  have been wronged in a workplace.  She prosecutes employment claims, including those for wage-and-hour violations, unsafe working conditions, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination and retaliation, hostile work environment, inadequate accommodation processes and medical leaves, in state and federal courts and in arbitration.  While she will take righteous cases to trial, she also uses her skills as an experienced negotiator to resolve cases at all stages of litigation through mediation and settlement negotiations.  Since she  began practicing law in December 2015, Henna has recovered tens of  millions of dollars on behalf of California employees.  

Henna has been selected to Southern California Rising Stars in 2023, 2024, and 2025, the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in California, according to Super Lawyers.  The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.

During her free time, Henna tries to be an avid traveler and foodie.  She enjoys traveling to other parts of California, Hawaii, New York City, Asia, and Europe.  She also enjoys cooking, baking, wine tasting, eating at food halls and food trucks, and fine dining.
